ASSET AND PROJECT NAVIGATORS
CUES innovated a solution which assists municipalities with these mandates to allow asset values to be documented and calculated more accurately.

GraniteNet is a complete software solution for managing the condition of assets. It helps users schedule inspections and review the condition of assets as well as control the process of inspecting and analyzing your infrastructure at a more granular level with the addition of tasks and assignments.
HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE LAYOUT
Customization -Control over the data and the ability to customize to the user’s requirements.
  • Security roles allow you decide who controls the data.
  • Different users/groups can have different screen rights.
  • Screen layouts and configurations are controlled by a central utility
  • Specific fields can be set as mandatory with the ability to set custom formulas against any field for advanced analysis.

REVIEW AND ANALYZE ASSETS
“Task-based management methodology”: A work process control approach that lets you manage the process of inspecting and analyzing your infrastructure at a more granular level through the addition of:
  • Assignments: Specific activities such as “Record Video” or “Create Observations” that can be performed by one or more employees.
  • Tasks: A group of assignments that when completed will provide a snapshot of the state of work that is in process.
  • Sessions: Which track further detailed information that is useful when an assignment must be interrupted and then resumed at a later time.
  • An Accept/Reject process: Allowing supervisors to reject tasks before they become part of the asset history.
  • Change Review tools: Which allow comparing an asset’s current properties with those of a new inspection to identify what has changed.
  • Support for Post Processing: Through assignments which can be completed in the office by different employees.
FULL ESRI ArcGIS INTEGRATION
ESRI Integration allows bi-directional integration with ESRI's ArcGIS Software using either the ArcObjects Framework, or the ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET,. GraniteNet allows to import and export asset data, export Inspection Observations, and export pipeline inspection scores to/froman ArcGIS 10.x system (shape files, personal geo-database, File Geodatabase, or SDE) utilizing the network features or precision factor to associate Sewer, Storm or combined Mains with corresponding Node and Lateral assets. It also has a MapView module which allows to display the ArcGIS Map with wide capabilities to navigate to/from GraniteNet objects and also start the tasks from map. Read More

GraniteNet also provides an optional interface for select GPS devices which supporting the required NMEA standard.  We offer one of these models as a part of two different kits we sell.  To view details about our Mapping Stick package, click here.  To view details about our Mapping Backpack package, click here.

DIGITAL UNIVERSAL CAMERA (DUC) FOR SIDE SCANNING
GraniteNet allows to record and review wide-angle video with panning capabilities while performing the asset inspection procedure, or later on. This gives great opportunities for detecting possible damages to an asset. The Flat Generation module allows to create side scanning flat images from a CUES DUC-Camera digital file.

IBM MAXIMO INTEGRATION
The IBM MAXIMO Module offers the ability to collect TV inspection data by utilizing the existing MAXIMO Code System and will complete inspections in the field from Work Orders that have been transferred from the Maximo v.7 program. Completed inspections are then transferred to the office for a true bi-directional process. Read More
HANSEN/INFOR INTEGRATION
Working in partnership with Hansen/Infor since 2004 when the first Hansen v7 Integration Module was released, CUES has fully integrated its GraniteNet v2.5 asset management and decision support software with IPS to provide a flexible process flow and bidirectional integration for field maintenance activities using GraniteNet and IPS. Because the systems are tightly integrated, data integrity is maintained programmatically to simplify the process of managing asset inspections, tasks and the overall work flow for more efficient infrastructure asset management.
